Blushield.ae is situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, we predominately service the UAE, GCC and the rest of the Middle East.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders throughout the UAE.
All UAE orders are dispatched within 24 hours to our courier partners, who will deliver in the following 24 hours to major UAE centers (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah). For all other areas, please allow 48 hours for delivery from the courier. For orders made before 14:00, it is possible to receive your order by the next day. 95% of our orders are delivered within 24-48 hours. All deliveries are undertaken by third parties and we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time, if you experience any issues with deliveries please let us know by emailing us at sales@blushield.ae
Delivery occurs when the ordered products are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of Products purchased passes to you when payment is received by us in full. If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, we will assume any other person at the location will be able to accept the goods, otherwise deliveries may be left on your doorstep.
For customers outside of the UAE, we do deliver across the Middle East and occasionally further. Due to orders being of different sizes, weights and destinations, we are able to quote you the shipping costs specifically based on your order. Please get in touch with us at sales@blushield.ae with the details of the products you wish to order and we will respond to yout with the complete quote and invoice. Any government or customs charges will have to be paid by the receiver as per your local process for international shipments.
Returns
Please choose your purchase carefully, we cannot give you a refund just because you changed your mind. Goods may be exchanged for other goods but the shipping costs will be added and borne by the customer, these are non-refundable.
14 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee
We have a 14-day limited money back guarantee on goods purchased from this website and delivered to the UAE only. This excludes accessories, headsets, sale items and Bundle Packs. However please decide carefully when purchasing as we will charge you a return fee of shipping costs plus 20% of the retail price to cover the time, effort and resources to process any returns. Please contact us at sales@blushield.ae before purchasing if you are not entirely sure of your purchase.
The customer will receive the entitled refund amount (Purchase Price less Shipping less 20% Of Retail Price) once products have been returned in original condition, with original packaging in new condition and resalable. Products returned in poor condition without original packaging (scratched or broken) will not be refunded. The 14-day guarantee is not applicable for international purchases.
Product Warranty
All Blushield products carry a warranty period of 1 year. This covers factory defects or faults. This does not cover misuse, modification or neglect (dropping) or water damage. If a claim is to be made all postage costs are to be covered by the customer Blushield will decide whether to repair or replace product depending upon the fault.
